Position Overview
We are hiring an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team and promote our manufacturing services to global clients. In this role, you will represent Longmax, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in international markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in international markets through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote Longmax’s manufacturing services, including new product development, mold making, custom prototyping, mass production, and quality assurance solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored manufacturing proposals.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, industry exhibitions, and conferences (both domestic and international) to showcase products, generate leads, and network with potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in manufacturing, B2B services, or related industries.
  • Proven success in large account sales and relationship management, ideally in consumer electronics, communications, automotive or healthcare products.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, or German) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.
